When Will Iberia Resume Flights?

Spanish airline Iberia and its subsidiaries are planning to gradually resume flights to several European and African destinations in the coming period, according to aviation publication Air Journal.

The airline is expected to resume flights to Marrakech, Morocco, in August, along with several other destinations, including Berlin, Bologna, Copenhagen, Dublin, Faro, Frankfurt, Lyon, Manchester, Marseille, Prague, Santorini and Toulouse.

Iberia’s plan is expected to gradually restore around 194 weekly flights starting in early July, according to several media reports.

The first phase will focus on destinations within Spain and the Spanish islands. The airline will then expand its network to major European cities and Dakar, Senegal, in a second phase.

Several airlines have begun gradually restoring their operations after a suspension lasting more than two months, helping to restart international air travel.
